We are a locally family-owned business with a passion to serve others. Owners Laura and Rayza met at a restaurant in Tuscaloosa, AL where it all began. They moved to Baldwin County after getting married and settled in Daphne with their two young children, Graham and Oliver.
With over 20 years of experience together, and by the grace of God, they are beyond grateful to have this opportunity to have their very own restaurant.

Tried and true; Rayza's never disappoints! The restaurant is clean, staff friendly and efficient, and the food is phenomenal! We love getting sushi and asking Rayza to surprise us with something off menu. It's always different with a perfect blend of textures, excellent flavor pairing and staged beautifully! Some of the best sushi and food you can get on the Eastern Shore PERIOD. I've been several times and they have never disappointed. I travel quite a bit and this place is 5 stars in any city and we get this quality in our back yard. If you haven't been...check it out. It's worth it.
Rayza's far exceeded the hype! Our entire experience from reservation booking to checkout was a pleasure. Travelling through town on I10 and this place is worth the short drive down interstate. Awesome smash burger. Parm truffle fries were hot and had lots of flavor. Sushi was very good. Very friendly staff and amazing service.
I've been dying to try Rayzas since it opened, so I was excited to see they now offer a lunch menu. I got the crispy Brussels sprouts, the Korean corn dip, and the lobster rolls. Everything was absolutely delicious and generous portions. Look forward to trying even more dishes next time!
